Nomophobia.. Very well described!! and this is something very closely associated with me and I think many others like me..

Honestly speaking.. I was really surprised to know that a term has actually been coined for what i used to call "mobile addiction"

It actually is very stressfull when our mobile phone due to some reason is not connecting us to rest of the world.. And this is weird.. I dont know if it is the insecurity feeling, or being alone feeling..

I think we should deliberately, slowly take our selves away from shackles of nomophobia..

We always tend to keep the phone near ourselves.. Even when we are at home.. So when at home, I think We should keep the mobile phone in loud mode(So that we dont miss any emergency call) but always away from us.. So that slowly we stop thinking about it 24hrs. If there are two mobiles at home..

And ya as told in the blog.. keeping the mobile off for sometime helps a lot.
